I had an exemplary customer experience at Stewart's Equipment. From the moment Travis picked up the phone he was courteous, helpful and very thorough. From another supplier I had been equipped with the wrong mower belt for my Toro Timecutter SS 5000 and didn't want to be lead astray again. Travis double checked and even offered to do a visual inspection of the belt in their enormous warehouse. Upon arrival I was impressed by the equipment available and the care taken to maintain the building and property. Inside I was doubly impressed by the layout, cleanliness and product merchandising. This establishment is very professional, caring and down right sexy! Maybe because orange is my favourite colour 😍.

I purchased a new Kubota Tractor from Stewarts just recently and i must admit the service I received was and is second to none. They fulfilled the needs I have for a tractor, all within my budget. Andy was fantastic and went above and beyond. I should mentioned I also purchased a Stihl Chainsaw about 3 months prior and again excellent representation. I would not hesitate to refer them. Horrendous service for a returning customer. I have taken multiple machines there. This time a kubota utv with a snowblower. They said 1 week to fix it, after a week they said not ready will call back, another week later said they would look into it and never called back. Another week and same thing, no return call and machine still not ready. Its now been a month and it will be ready today. Just got off the phone with them to arrange pickup and told them that I jammed up my lawnmower blade and would be a 2min fix. They said theyre too busy to help out. Used to go to kooy bros but its a little out of the way for me. Better to go out of the way for good service so moving forward my business will Be going to kooy bros. Do yourself a favour and do the same.

Kyle at Stewart's Equipment has been taking care of us for three years now and has never let us down. We have dealt with other heavy equipment suppliers in the past but Stewart's has raised the bar with great knowledge, inventory and excellent service.
